Last Saturday night, my wonderful synagogue Mishkan Shalom threw a party to honor my 20 years of teaching there. It was an incredible feeling to be recognized for the contributions I’ve made to the place that’s my spiritual home over two decades— especially since I’m not retiring or stepping away at all.
